Pre-departure orientation covering everything from accommodation and travel arrangements to cultural adaptation and academic expectations in your chosen country.

Ongoing support throughout your journey, from the moment you sign up until you arrive at your destination university. We are here to answer your questions, address your concerns, and celebrate your successes.

2. What We Do Not Do

We believe in being completely transparent about the limits of our services. CampusEdge does not:

Guarantee visa approval. The final decision regarding visa issuance rests solely with the immigration authorities of the respective country. We provide expert guidance to strengthen your application, but we cannot influence or predict the outcome.

Guarantee university admission. Admission decisions are made by universities based on their internal review process, academic requirements, and seat availability. We help you present your profile in the best possible light, but we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Provide legal advice or immigration legal services. Our guidance is advisory in nature and should not be construed as legal counsel. We recommend consulting a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer for complex legal matters.

Process applications on your behalf without your active participation. You remain responsible for submitting your applications, meeting deadlines, and providing accurate information. We guide you, but you are ultimately in control of your journey.

Guarantee scholarships or financial aid. While we help you identify scholarship opportunities, the award of scholarships is at the sole discretion of the awarding institution.

3. What It Costs

We believe in transparent and fair pricing with no hidden charges. Here is what you need to know about our fees:

Consulting Fees are clearly communicated during your initial consultation. Our fees are based on the scope of services you require, and we provide a detailed fee breakdown before you sign our Student Service Agreement. We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs.

Third-Party Fees are separate from our consulting fees and are paid directly to the respective authorities. These include university application fees, visa application and embassy processing fees, English proficiency test fees such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, medical examination fees, and police clearance certificate fees. These third-party fees are strictly non-refundable and are governed by the policies of the respective authorities.

Refund Policy: Our consulting fees are governed by a clear refund policy. If you cancel before we submit any applications, you may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative charges. A successful study abroad journey requires a true partnership. To help us serve you effectively, we need:

Full Cooperation and Timely Responses. Please respond to our communications promptly and provide the :requested information within reasonable timeframes. Delays in communication can result in missed application deadlines, for which CampusEdge shall not be held liable.

Genuine and Authentic Documents. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful, and complete documents and personal information. This includes academic transcripts, test scores, financial documents, and personal statements. Any false, forged, or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services with no refund and may have serious legal consequences.

Transparent Communication. Please inform us of any changes in your academic, professional, or personal circumstances that may affect your application. This includes changes in grades, test scores, financial situation, or study plans. We also require that you use CampusEdge as your exclusive consulting representative for the duration of our engagement and not engage multiple consultants simultaneously without disclosure.

Commitment to the Process. Studying abroad requires dedication, patience, and hard work. We ask that you remain committed to the process, follow our guidance, and trust our expertise. We are here to support you every step of the way.

5. How We Protect Your Data

Your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us. When you engage our services, we collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating your study abroad journey. This includes your identity details, academic records, financial information, and visa documentation.

Do I need to pay anything up front? We require a percentage of the consulting fees as an advance payment upon signing the Student Service Agreement. The balance is payable as per the agreed schedule.
