  1. Consulting Fees vs. Third-Party Fees
    CampusEdge's consulting fees are strictly for our advisory and documentation services. We do not collect or process third-party fees on your behalf. The following fees are strictly non-refundable and are paid directly to the respective authorities, including university application fees, visa application and embassy processing fees, English proficiency test fees such as IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE, medical examination fees, and police clearance certificate fees. CampusEdge is not responsible for the refund of these third-party fees under any circumstances.

  2. Tiered Refund Structure
    Refunds of our consulting fees are strictly governed by a tiered structure based on the stage of service completion. If the student cancels the service before we have submitted any university applications, a one hundred percent refund of consulting fees will be issued, minus any administrative processing charges if applicable. If the student cancels after we have submitted applications to universities but before admission decisions are released, a fifty per cent refund of consulting fees will be issued. If the student receives an unconditional or conditional admission offer from a university we assisted with, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether the student chooses to accept the offer or not, as our service obligation is deemed fulfilled at this stage. If the student receives a visa refusal from the embassy after we have provided full visa documentation guidance, no refund will be issued, as visa outcomes are solely the discretion of immigration authorities, and our consulting fee covers the work already rendered in preparing the application.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, you must submit a written request to accounts@CampusEdge.com within fifteen business days of the cancellation event. Refunds will be processed within fourteen business days of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.

  4. Chargeback Policy
    Students who initiate a chargeback with their bank or credit card company without first contacting us for a resolution will be subject to a dispute fee and may be held liable for all legal and collection costs incurred by CampusEdge.
