1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing the CampusEdge website and using our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Consulting Services
   CampusEdge agrees to provide the following services to the student, including university shortlisting and course selection guidance, review and editing of statements of purpose and letters of recommendation, assistance with university application submission, and visa documentation guidance, excluding legal advice.

3. Student Obligations
   The student agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete documents and personal information, meet all application deadlines set by universities and embassies, pay all applicable consulting fees and third-party fees on time, and notify CampusEdge immediately of any changes in their academic or personal circumstances.

4. Payment Terms
   All consulting fees must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined in the Student Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. CampusEdge reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CampusEdge and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusEdge's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the total consulting fees paid by the student. We are not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost tuition fees, travel costs, or lost wages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.

8. Amendments
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
